10. How do I pay the remaining balance?

Usually in cash at the beginning of our date.
Other options may be discussed individually in advance.

11. How far in advance should I book?
Ideally at least 24–48 hours in advance.
For travel or special arrangements, a few days to several weeks are recommended.

12. Travel & extended bookings

For trips lasting 5 days or more, a 50% deposit is required, plus travel expenses.
This deposit is binding, secures the booking, and is credited to the final amount.
Payment via bank transfer, PayPal, or gift card (by arrangement).

13. What is your refund policy?

All deposits are binding and non-refundable. They serve to protect both parties.
If you cancel at least 72 hours before the appointment, the deposit can be used for a one-time rescheduling.
In the case of late cancellations, no-shows, or inappropriate behavior, the deposit is forfeited.
